Finance Systems Manager

Location: London Salary: £110,000 - £125,000 (dependant on experience) Type: Permanent, Full-Time Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Systems Manager to join their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will manage and enhance the firm's finance systems, leading a team of six to provide support for Finance and Risk departments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team supporting Finance and Risk departments.
• Ensure system integrity and manage core data structures.
• Streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and implement system changes and new features.
• Participate in IT change control and monitor system developments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external consultants for support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant rules and accounting policies.
• Assist the Director of Finance with various requests.
• Engage in projects for system developments and upgrades.

What You Bring:

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  Experience managing a team of systems analysts in a legal environment.
• Proficiency with Elite 3E and Intapp risk management solutions.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Knowledge of finance procedures within a legal practice.
• Strong staff and project management skills.
• Methodical approach and excellent attention to detail.
