• Fully qualified accountant with significant accounting and commercial experience
• Experience in business partnering across multiple finance and non-finance teams
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders using various forms of communication
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
