Management Accountant

Our client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic financial team, with the responsibility of producing monthly management accounting and reporting information. The role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000.

What you'll do:

As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include the production of monthly management accounting and reporting information, preparation of general ledgers journals, and ownership of balance sheet account reconciliations. You will also assist with VAT and tax returns, develop reporting solutions, and provide ad-hoc management reporting and financial analysis.

• Production of monthly management accounting and reporting information
• Preparation of general ledgers journals, including involvement in intercompany reconciliation process
• Preparation of month-end journals, including accruals, divisional recharges and recurring charges
• Ownership and preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations
• Assistance with production of information and data for VAT and tax returns
