Finance Manager - Fast Growth Digital Brand

We are excited to have the opportunity to partner with a hugely successful, fast growth digital brand, in the search for a high calibre Finance Manager. Based in Fleet, Hampshire - work arrangements are flexible with just 2 days required in the office

Reporting directly to senior management this is a broad and pivotal role within the team.

You will have the opportunity to directly manage a team of 3 and take on the following key responsibilities

Oversight of all core accounting activities to include financial accounting, controls work, management of the relationship with the auditors and tax

Management accounting - Budgeting, forecasting as well as associated analysis

Cash Flow forecasting and relevant analysis

Drive ongoing finance transformation work, to continue to develop systems and processes, as the business continues to invest

Support senior leadership with ad hoc operational projects

The role is suited to qualified finance professionals (or overseas equivalent) who possess a number of years relevant post qualified experience

An exciting progression opportunity to step up to a Financial Controllers position is on offer, for those who can demonstrate ability and commitment.

We are open to those applying from all sector backgrounds

A proactive, forward thinking approach and exceptional communication skills are essential
