Global tech company looking to recruit a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join their London based finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is instrumental in delivering high quality financial information. This role is being recruited on a Contract/temp to Permanent basis.

Global tech company looking to recruit a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join their London based finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is instrumental in delivering high quality financial information.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Month-end close process
  • Preparing and approving journals, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparing quarterly reporting
  • Reviewing payment runs
  • Supporting Payroll Manager with monthly payroll
  • Managing all tax compliance
  • Partnering with FP&A team on budget and forecasting
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to financial reporting processes and systems
  • Developing financial policies and procedures
  • Managing small team
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate:

  • Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting experience including US Gaap and IFRS
  • Ideally experience of working within a US listed business
  • Experience working in a multi-currency environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Advanced IT skills
