Senior Finance Manager - SME Ecommerce Food brand

We are currently partnering with a successful and investing SME ecommerce food brand. Based at a popular London location - the post holder will have the opportunity to hold a Senior Finance Managers position, reporting directly into senior leadership It is an exciting time to join the business - a time of growth and continued focus no adopting a positive approach to sustainability

Within the number 1 finance role for the team you will be asked to take on the following key responsibilities :

Management of a team of 5 to include finance operations - AP, AR Credit control and financial accounting

Oversee all relevant financial reporting and management of the audit process

Lead ongoing systems development and process improvement as the business continues to evolve and invest

Relevant management accounting, budgeting and relevant forecasting/ analysis

Support with ad hoc commercial projects as and when they arise

There is an exciting opportunity here for the role to develop into a head of Finance and beyond , for the right person

We are seeking the following...

Experienced Finance Managers - those that have gained 5/6 years relevant finance experience , including 2 years at management level

Those who are 'systems savvy' - previous experience of systems development work would be ideal but not essential

Previous experience of working with Sage 200 would be beneficial also

Strong communication skills are key - the ability to work directly with senior leadership but also adopt a flexible and 'hands-on' approach at times is essential
