Currently recruiting a Finance and Systems Manager role for a growing Hospitality company based in London. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day finances alongside reviewing current processes and implementing new improved ones.

Currently recruiting a Finance and Systems Manager role for a growing Hospitality company based in London. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day finances alongside reviewing current processes and implementing new improved ones.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing month end accounts for 4 UK companies
  • Preparing monthly management accounts with associated commentary
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Processing invoices and posting journals, including accruals and prepayments
  • Preparing VAT returns and reconciliations
  • Supporting Cash flow reporting
  • Maintaining Group Fixed Asset Register
  • Providing support for Finance system queries
  • Preparing and maintaining best practice documentation
  • Continually reviewing processes and automation opportunities

The candidate:

  • Qualified accountant
  • Strong broad technical accounting skills ideally gained in a multisite environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven experience of process improvement and supporting a systems implementation
  • Advanced IT skills
