Robert Walters – Finance Manager – Permanent – Hybrid – Birmingham – £45,000 - £55,000 per annum Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a skilled Finance Manager with experience in IFRS16 to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee key financial processes, ensure compliance with IFRS16, and play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial information. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment that values growth and career progression. 📍 Location: Birmingham 💼 Position: Finance Manager 📅 Full-Time 💰 Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial information in compliance with IFRS16.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data provided by the team.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting processes, ensuring timely submission.
  • Collaborate with senior finance leaders to drive continuous improvement in financial control processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Key essentials of the Finance Manager:

  • IFRS16 experience is essential.
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and lease accounting.
