Robert Walters - Finance Business Partner – Birmingham (hybrid working) - £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Are you a commercially astute finance professional seeking a pivotal role in driving business performance? We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic organisation based in Birmingham. This role also provides the flexibility of hybrid working, ensuring a balance between office collaboration and remote productivity.

Key responsibilities:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior stakeholders, translating financial insights into actionable strategies. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Analysis: Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and drive profitability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with department leads, influencing and challenging them to achieve financial objectives.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports on financial performance.
• Projects & Initiatives: Support key business projects with financial expertise, ensuring ROI and financial viability.

Key Essentials:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong commercial finance background.
• Proven experience in a similar finance business partnering role, ideally within a fast-paced or complex environment.
• Exceptional ability to analyse and interpret data, presenting findings to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and build relationships at all levels.
