Finance Manager - SME Luxury Retail

We are currently in the privileged position to be partnering with a high end luxury retail brand, in their search for a high calibre, passionate Finance Manager This is a brand new position, created as a result of ongoing investment and growth so an incredibly positive time for the business Based at a desirable Central London location - the brand also offers a hybrid work scenario - 2-3 days office based, as well as a positive upbeat work culture.

Reporting directly into senior leadership , this is an exciting opportunity to take on a broad role, which runs right across the P & L and involves both mainstream and commercial finance activities

Key responsibilities will include the following

Production of monthly management accounts and associated commentary to be submitted to the board

Statutory accounting as well as managing the relationship with the auditors

Cash flow forecasting, budgeting, planning as well as associated analysis

A range of analysis across sales, promotions, margin, marketing, sales etc

Drive on going finance transformation projects, focused on systems and improvement projects as the business continues to grow

Support with ad hoc commercial and strategic project work

We are seeking bright, motivated finance professionals who possess a proven track record of success within their careers to date

You will most likely be operating at 0-2 years post qualified level - either seeking a first move from practice or those already in industry and keen to secure an exciting new challenge

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an incredibly passionate and capable Finance Director

A background in retail/ ecommerce or consumer more widely would be useful but not essential
