An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Finance Manager in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to lead a team managing Client Accounting and Financial Reporting for prestigious clients. The primary objective is to ensure that property accounting matters are managed effectively and timely, in accordance with client requirements. What you'll do:
As a Property Finance Manager, your role will be pivotal in leading a team that manages Client Accounting and Financial Reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining complete records, advising stakeholders on appropriate actions, ensuring contractual compliance, and continuously improving processes. Your leadership skills will be crucial in mentoring your team members and setting the standard for excellence.
