Finance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on key Group Planning activities, particularly cash flow and long-term forecasting. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager for FP&A. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally within the finance function as well as with the wider organisation.

What You'll Do:

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading cash flow forecasting and long-term planning, ensuring financial plans are accurate and reliable. You'll provide key insights into business performance and partner with stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence financial outcomes through detailed analysis and proactive financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cash flow forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and forecasts.
Provide detailed analysis of current and future business performance.
Partner with business leaders to shape financial strategies.
Manage the entire process for cash flow forecasts and long-term plans from preparation to final outputs.

What You Bring:

To succeed in this role, you’ll be a qualified accountant with experience in complex environments, comfortable working with large financial models. Strong communication skills are essential, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels and explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial teams.

Key Qualifications:

Qualified accountant with 3+ years of post-qualified experience.
Experience in managing large and complex entities.
Advanced Excel modelling skills.
Ability to engage, challenge, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Skilled at explaining financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
Proactive and independent, while contributing effectively to team goals.
