What you'll do:
As a Commercial Finance Manager, your role will be pivotal in providing commercial insights to the Management team. You will be responsible for optimising and challenging financial performance as well as driving and supporting commercial initiatives. Your ability to monitor and forecast KPI’s, analyse key information and report variances will be crucial in this role. You will prepare weekly trading reports/dashboards & weekly CEO updates while identifying key trends and drivers of results. Working alongside the management accounts team, you will understand monthly performance by site, by brand, by location.
- Provide commercial insights to the Management team

- Effectively communicate with stakeholders on all levels
- Prepare weekly trading reports / dashboards & weekly CEO updates

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Finance Manager position is a qualified accountant who thrives under pressure and can meet tight deadlines. You possess excellent communication skills and have an extensive knowledge of Excel &/or SAP. Your commercial acumen is matched by your analytical abilities. You are adept at establishing appropriate frameworks and processes while being able to multitask, adapt, and respond to changing priorities. As a self-motivated individual, you have the ability to develop, encourage, and lead a strong high-performance team. You are confident in presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders when necessary. Multi-site experience either in hospitality or retail is desirable.
