Finance Business Partner

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic business partnering support, creating value through budgeting, budgetary control and delivery of effective analysis & insight. The successful candidate will act as a key support for the heads of these functions, ensuring the financial health and success of the organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in providing business partnering support to key functions within the organisation. You will be responsible for delivering against the financial plan for Tech Ops savings, Opex, FTE, restructuring and exceptional costs. Your role will also involve month-end close activities including accruals, intercompany charges and liaising with Finance shared service. Additionally, you will prepare business cases and capital expenditure proposals as required. Your ability to deliver, track and report on key projects and programmes of work will be crucial in this role.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role will bring a wealth of experience in finance partnering within a matrixed and cross-functional environment. You should hold a formal accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA along with a strong FP&A background. Advanced Excel skills are required along with high-level presentation skills. Your ability to interact with all levels, influence senior managers and be comfortable with senior management in cross-functional efforts will be key to your success in this role.
