An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Intercompany Supervisor to join a globally recognised leader in healthcare. This role offers the chance to manage the Intercompany and Fixed Asset process for multiple EMEA entities, providing an engaging platform to showcase your leadership skills and financial acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of three, driving system and process improvements across the function, and ensuring robust controls and processes are maintained. * Manage the Intercompany and Fixed Asset process for multiple EMEA entities. * Lead a team of three, fostering their development and engagement. * Drive system and process improvements across the function.

As an Intercompany Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing both Intercompany accounts and Fixed Assets processes for numerous entities across EMEA. You will be instrumental in ensuring payments are settled promptly, reducing FX exposure, while also partnering with tax and treasury teams to manage intercompany aged items. Your leadership skills will shine as you manage a dedicated team of three, driving engagement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, always striving for excellence.

  • Ownership of the Intercompany management accounts for several entities across EMEA.
  • Ensure payments are settled in accordance with Corporate deadlines to reduce FX exposure.
  • Partner with wider finance teams across the globe to manage intercompany aged items and quarterly transfer pricing adjustments.
  • Manage cash pool balances and reconciliations across EMEA.
  • Lead the Fixed Assets close process while adhering to strict monthly and quarterly deadlines.
  • Support the business with fixed assets data in order to make commercial decisions.
  • Manage a team of three staff, ensuring they are developed, trained, and supported appropriately.
  • Drive engagement across the team and foster system and process improvements across the function.
  • Approval and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, looking to constantly improve the quality of the reconciliations.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Intercompany Supervisor role is CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with significant experience in Management Accounting. You bring strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel along with proven leadership skills from previous roles where you've managed teams effectively. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build effective relationships, influencing others with ease. Your organised and structured approach, coupled with your diligence, allows you to work effectively under tight deadlines.

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or Finalist.
  • Experience in Management Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing a team and demonstration of leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships.
  • Highly organised, diligent, and structured individual with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
