An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Finance Manager to join a leading organisation that values constant training and development. This full-time, permanent role is based in North Wales, with the flexibility of hybrid working. The successful candidate will play an integral part in implementing processes and systems for the site finance team, building strong partnerships across all levels of management.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing an active part in shaping our site ethos and strategy. You will be responsible for implementing robust financial processes and systems that drive efficiency. Your ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of management will be key in delivering your objectives. You will produce both financial and operational management reports as required, ensuring all financial transactions are justified and adhere to accounting standards. Your involvement in budget forecasting and maintaining the integrity of invoicing will be crucial to our success.

  • Implement processes and systems for the site finance team to deliver objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with Operational Managers, General Managers, Customer Senior Managers and their teams
  • Produce financial and operational management reporting as required for the site, business and customer
  • Ensure all accruals and prepayments are justified and in line with accounting standards
  • Involve in the preparation of forecast and budgets
  • Maintain integrity of Invoicing and P&L entries
  • Partner with the central finance team to monitor debt relating to the site and action plans to deal with it

What you bring:

The ideal Finance Manager will bring a wealth of experience from similar roles. You must be ACCA or CIMA qualified or working towards it. Your proven track record in finance management within an environment that includes open/closed book contracts will set you apart. Your ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of management will be key to your success. Your expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, along with your experience in managing debt recovery strategies, will be invaluable to our operations.

  • Must be ACCA or CIMA qualified or working toward (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar finance management role
  • Experience in an environment that includes open/closed book contracts is ideal
  • Ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of management
  • Strong skills in financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
  • Experience in managing debt recovery strategies
