What you'll do:

As a Regional Finance Manager, you will play an integral role in steering the financial direction of the organisation within the North West region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing all regional financial operations, developing budgets that align with strategic goals, and preparing detailed reports on regional finances. You'll also collaborate closely with other departments, ensuring that financial management supports operational objectives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your leadership skills as you manage and mentor your finance team.

  • Oversee all regional financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations for 3 sites
  • Develop budgets in accordance with the strategic goals of the organisation
  • Prepare detailed reports on regional finances for senior management
  • Implement effective strategies for enhancing financial performance and profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial management with operational goals
  • Manage and mentor finance team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential obstacles to financial stability
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience in finance management, preferably at a regional level. You possess an excellent understanding of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP), coupled with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Your exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills are essential for this role. A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is required.

  • Proven experience in a similar finance management role, preferably at a regional level
  • Strong understanding of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
  • Proficiency in using financial software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
