Key Responsibilities of the Internal Controls & Compliance Manager
- Plan, co-ordinate and execute corporate governance compliance audits
- Put in place action plans (in conjunction with local Management) where compliance is not the level expected, subsequently monitoring the successful completions of all such plans
- Analyse situations and present the ‘big picture’ impact
- Develop partnerships / relationships with senior management across all departments
- Assist the Head of Internal Audit in running the companies ERM process
Key essentials of the Internal Controls & Compliance Manager
- A Qualified Financial professional (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- Logical thinker with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proactive and creative approach to problem solving
