Finance Manager

Role: Finance Manager Salary: £65k - £75k plus 15% bonus Location: London, Hybrid working

A well-established, global Tech business, that generated more than $1,350m in revenue last year, are looking for a Finance Manager to join their London finance team.

The company deliver internet connectivity solutions where it is needed the most and have a number of fascinating case studies across various industries such as Agriculture, Media, Energy and NGO.

They are looking to hire a qualified Finance Manager who will be responsible for a team of seven, three of who will report directly. The ideal candidate will have great managerial and leadership skills, as well as an ability to challenge the status quo, with an inquisitive and innovative mindset.

Finance Manager key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the timely delivery of month end accounting

• Cash processing activities: review of reconciliations and ensuring timely clear down

• Producing month on month analysis by BU of payroll and foreign exchange

• Working closely with senior finance managers across the business to help with their specific reporting requirements

• Partnering with other finance teams to champion and drive process improvement projects

• Partnering with SAP team to ensure a successful outcome of automation initiatives and improvements

• Managing three direct reports, and responsible for overall team of seven

• Reporting on department KPI’s

• Important role model of company values

Skills:

• Qualified accountant

• Strong knowledge of IFRS

• Advance SAP user

• Knowledge of US GAAP
