Senior Finance Manager

Robert Walters are delighted to be partnering exclusively with an outstanding organisation based in Southampton who are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a critical hire for our client that has arisen due to company growth. Within this Senior Finance Manager position, you will be required to lead the reporting and governance of one of the entities within the organisation. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting and forecasting whilst working internationally to ensure plans are adhered too.

With responsbility for a team of circa 10 individuals who are a mixed of both direct and dotted line reports, the successful individual will have a large amount of autonomy to run the team as they wish. You will need to be commercially & technically astute, with an ability to business partner at all levels.

Key Accountabilities for this Senior Finance Manager are:

- Enhance forecast accuracy and identify opportunities to drive profit

- Management, review and control of SOP completed by entity

- Business partner with teams including Tax, Treasury and other Finance teams to provide reports where necessary

- Responsible for managing the transfer pricing process across all markets - this would include enhancement and simplifying process as required

- Seek opportunity to increase effectiveness and efficiency across the board

- Qualified Finance professional C.A/ACCA/CIMA/CPA

- Proven experience of being able to deliver commercial insight within a fast paced environment

- Ability and experience of process improvement and proactively implementing solutions

- A mindset of challenging the status quo - always looking for ways to improve the process

Our client are looking for high calibre individuals to join them in this key position and as such are offering a market leading salary of £70,000 - £90,000 with the addition of a bonus scheme (circa 20% based on company performance) car allowance, pension, hybrid working and other exceptional benefits as you would expect from a true employer of choice.
