Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager
- Produce month-end reporting for external entities in agreed formats on all financial activities managed in a given period
- Production of month end journals to include; accruals, prepayments, deferred income, rent-free, vacant property provisions
- VAT reporting
- Assist with budgeting/forecasting requirements for other entities associated with the business.
Essential Requirements of the Finance Manager
- A Qualified Financial professional (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- IT literate – advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
