A Healthcare business based in Banbury are looking to hire a Finance Director to oversee the finance function.
Key responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing and leading the business office team
-
Managing the delivery of timely and accurate management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including month end deadlines and cashflow
-
Managing the delivery and production of accurate and timely information to various medical contractual bodies on monthly activity
-
Ensure tax, pension and payroll compliance
-
Ownership of the Company’s Internal Control Processes, accounts recording and administration of the accounts software and looking for ways to improve/streamline these
-
Assisting with the preparation of the statutory accounts and liaising with auditors
-
Support other Heads of Department to drive financial performance
-
Liaising with our bankers and other key stakeholders
-
Helping the company to grow and succeed, whilst delivering a good service
Candidate Profile:
-
Financial experience in the medical sector desirable
-
Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA)
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience required
-
Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly
-
Strong Excel and IT skills
-
Good communication skills
-
Reliable and works in a timely and efficient manner
-
Happy to get involved and help out wherever necessary
