What you'll do:
As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the firm. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering audit and accounts assignments in accordance with current legislation and compliance standards. You will lead audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients. In addition, you will delegate work to team members, providing them with support and mentorship for their learning and development. Reviewing statutory accounts will also fall under your purview. Building trusted relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role.
- Deliver audit and accounts assignments in line with current legislation and compliance.
- Lead audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Delegate work to, and mentor team members to support their learning and development.
- Review statutory accounts.
- Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships.
- Confidently present work to Partners, completing files to a high standard.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Audit & Accounts Manager position is ACCA/ACA qualified with solid commercial awareness developed over several years’ experience within general practice. You are extremely motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong team working, motivation, and organising skills. Your ability to delegate tasks effectively while supporting the learning and development of your team members will be crucial in this role.
