A brand new role has become available for a Senior Credit Controller to work for a global Media business based in the heart of London on a 6 month fixed term contract to start ASAP. The role will be based 3 days in the London based office, and 2 days remote working.
What you’ll be doing:
Working within the finance team and reporting directly into the Credit Manager, The successful applicant will be managing a ledger coverage of 500 + Client Accounts.
- Chasing outstanding debt via email & phone in a professional manner, to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Dealing with invoice queries (some complex) and liaise with all relevant internal/external contacts to ensure queries are responded to promptly.
- Reconcile and provide allocation of cash receipts/ credit notes on customer accounts.
Experience needed:
- There is a high volume of low value invoices raised monthly so will suit someone with experience of dealing with lots of client invoices .
- Previous experience working as a Senior credit controller is advantageous.
- Good Excel skills.
