Credit Controller

Robert Walters are delighted to be partnering with a global not-for-profit organisation, who are seeking a Credit Controller to join the team.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Chasing payment of overdue accounts, via phone, email and letter.

• Reducing debt to pre-agreed targets

• Dealing with internal and external queries and ensuring timely and smooth resolutions

• Completing daily banking duties

• Processing credit card payments

• Assessing the credit history of new and existing customers, using online services

• Maintaining customer details to ensure ledger accuracy

• Reconciliation of accounts

Requirements for the job:

• Attention to detail

• Previous experience of working with a credit control/sales ledger environment

• Experience of using Microsoft Office

• Computer literate

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritise own workload
