Our client is seeking a Strategy & Integration Manager to join their dynamic team based in Manchester on a permanent basis. This high-profile role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and play a pivotal part in shaping the company's future. The successful candidate will be primarily supporting the COO, focusing on strategy and integration. This role requires a strong finance professional, an ability to stay updated on key strategic activities - there is a strong focus on integration, supporting the delivery and reporting of post-acquisition synergies.

What you'll do:

As their new Strategy & Integration Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's business. You will work closely with the COO, focusing on designing, coordinating, and reporting on integration activities. Your excellent communication skills will be put to use as you prepare and present to senior stakeholders. You will support strategic commercial decisions through your insightful financial analysis. Your ability to deliver and implement strategic projects across the business will be key to your success in this role.

  • Work alongside the COO to design, coordinate, and report on integration activity
  • Support strategic commercial decisions through financial insight and analysis
  • Deliver and implement strategic projects across the business
  • Prepare strategy presentations for Executive Committee, Board, and Investors
  • Drive continuous improvement in the reporting process
  • Understand, interpret and action briefs while managing stakeholders

What you bring:

As a Strategy & Integration Manager, you bring a wealth of experience and skills to our client's team. You are a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience in post-deal integration activities. Your excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills enable you to present complex data in a simple yet effective manner. Your strong communication skills allow you to influence others effectively. You thrive under pressure, managing tight deadlines with ease. Above all, your integrity and credibility make you an asset to any senior management team.
