This is an influential, senior role providing strategic insight, driving commercial performance, managing financial risk, and leading a high‑performing finance team. 📍 Location: Birmingham (with hybrid working) 💼 Position: Finance Business Partner 📅 Full-Time 💰 Salary: £75,000 per annum
Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Partner with senior operational leaders to drive financial and commercial performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
- Manage financial risks and commercial opportunities across large contracts.
- Oversee balance sheet integrity, billing accuracy, and working capital performance.
- Provide oversight on pricing, contract changes, and investment decisions.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- Lead and develop a finance team.
Key essentials of the Finance Business Partner:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
- Strong commercial experience within large or multi-site operations.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Advanced Excel capability.
