Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner Up to £65,000 DOE Warrington-based (flexible hybrid model) I am delighted to be exclusively partnered with this well-recognised brand as they seek a Finance Business Partner to join their award-winning team based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional with a real commercial flair and focus.

Sitting within the FP&A team, you will be reporting into an inspiring and progressive Head of FP&A. This role is integral in supporting key teams across the organisation. You will be working very closely with senior stakeholders and will be relied upon to provide accurate and timely financial insight and commercial challenge where required.

This role would be well-suited to a qualified finance professional with strong analytical capability and commercial awareness.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Play an integral role in the group budgeting and forecasting process across various functions.
• Produce weekly trade packs and monthly board packs, including variance analysis, performance commentary, and actionable insight.
• Consolidate and analyse monthly market data to support commercial decision-making.
• Partner with managers to provide commercial insight that supports buying decisions, margin management, and category planning.
• Deliver pre- and post-promotional analysis to assess performance, profitability, and return on investment.
• Analyse true product cost of sale, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve margins.
• Provide recommendations on trading, pricing, and promotional activity to support performance improvement.
• Support with analytics, MI, and performance insight to help drive sales and margin.

About You:

• Qualified Accountant with strong technical accounting ability.
• Advanced Level on Excel - plus experience handling large data sets and financial modelling.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
