Senior Finance Manager

Our client, based in Northampton, is seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Manager who is on an upward career trajectory and looking for a fresh challenge. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a commercial finance team within an industry leading organisation. The role will be broad and varied, entailing working with and business partnering a number of stakeholders within the senior leadership team. This is a hybrid role, requiring to be on site two days a week.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our client's exciting growth plans going into 2025.

Overseeing a small team of Business Partners, with opportunities to expand the team as the business grows, the role will involve assessing the financial viability of key strategic initiatives and tracking against market trends. You will also be heavily involved in presenting financial performance, budgets, forecasts and plans to the senior leadership team.

A full job spec is available.

Package wise, on offer is £70,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a very strong benefits package that includes a bonus, private medical healthcare and an enhanced pension (amongst other things!).
