Finance Business Partner

Our client, a highly acquisitive international retail business, are seeking a Finance Business Partner to permanently join their team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build close working relationships with key senior stakeholders across the business. You will play a significant role in driving business performance, streamlining processes and contributing to the company's continued success. The salary for this position ranges from £60,000 - £65,000.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in shaping the financial direction of the company. You will work closely with both the Finance and Executive leadership teams, driving financial performance and operations. Your ability to increase financial awareness among non-financial management will be crucial in this role. You will also play a key role in supporting new acquisitions' integration into the group. Your expertise will be relied upon as you assist operational teams with financial-related queries.

• Build close working relationships with key senior stakeholders across the business
• Manage the relationship between Group finance and divisions
• Drive financial performance, operations and reporting
• Increase financial awareness among the senior leadership team and non-financial management across the business
• Develop forecasts which ensure operational buy-in and allow performance management with relevant KPIs
• Support the integration of new acquisitions into the group
• Work closely with operational teams and assist with queries relating to financials

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role is a fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with previous business partnering experience in a fast-paced, multidivisional operational environment. You have demonstrated your excellent attention to detail and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Your proactive nature allows you to build strong relationships with non-finance colleagues.

• Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Previous business partnering experience in a fast-paced, multidivisional operational environment
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proactive and able to build strong relationships with non-finance colleagues
