Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Partner with departmental leaders to develop financial plans and support decision-making
• Analyse financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance profitability
• Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis, offering insights on risks and opportunities
• Deliver financial modelling to support investment appraisals, new projects, and strategic initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to non-financial managers, simplifying financial information to aid understanding and effective decision-making
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Support continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and drive efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost control measures

Key essentials of the Finance Business Partner:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
