Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Develop strong relationships with operational teams to challenge assumptions and partner in achieving financial goals.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support divisional growth and performance.
• Lead cost control initiatives, offering training and guidance to operations teams as needed.
• Design and maintain financial models in Excel/Power BI to provide operational insights.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including the COO and Divisional Managing Directors, to achieve EBITDA targets.
• Prepare and present divisional financial overviews, and attend senior leadership meetings.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, capex papers, and financial models for new developments.
• Provide analysis and reporting for potential acquisitions and tender processes.

Key Essentials of the Finance Business Partner:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified.
• Experience in a similar commercial role, ideally with multi-site exposure.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
