As Finance Business Partner, your role will be integral in helping our client reach their ambitious goal of becoming a $1bn brand.
You will be responsible for modelling, reporting, and analysing strategic growth opportunities, as well as advising key stakeholders on how to drive growth. Your ability to design and build improved financial models will provide greater strategic insight and decision support. Additionally, you will develop KPIs and dashboards, analyse the evolution of the strategic plan, input into the monthly management accounts pack, and work closely with IT to transition reports into Power BI.
- Proactively challenge & advise key stakeholders within the business to drive growth of both Net Sales and Management Profit
- Partner with senior leadership teams across the EMEA to provide support and present complex financial information, ensuring clarity and understanding at all levels.
- Drive business growth by actively innovating and developing viable solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Modelling, reporting and analysis of strategic growth opportunities and profitability
- Design and build improved financial models and reports to allow greater strategic insight and decision support
- Development of KPI’s and dashboards
- Analysis of evolution of strategic plan and impact on forecasting and budgeting cycles
- Input into the monthly management accounts pack
- Working closely with IT to validate and support the transition of reports into Power BI
