Robert Walters - Finance Business Partner Location: Warwickshire Salary: Up to £60,000 Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role: Our client is looking for a talented Finance Business Partner. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business with financial insights and strategies that drive growth and efficiency. You will work closely with senior management and various departments to ensure financial objectives are met and to help shape the future direction of the company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to provide financial analysis and insights.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

About You:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
