~~Robert Walters – Finance Business Partner – Permanent – Halesowen - £55,000 - £60,000 per annum~~ We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial performance of the division, working closely with the COO to identify opportunities for revenue growth, optimise financial processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

  • Review financial performance, identify areas of underperformance, and develop strategies to enhance revenue.
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations to optimise financial outcomes
  • Assist in evaluating capital expenditure projects and support tender processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the financial assessment and integration of new acquisitions, working closely with the Commercial team to ensure seamless transitions

Key essential of the Finance Business Partner:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial performance improvement
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with challenging stakeholders
