An extremely successful business based in Manchester City Centre are looking to recruit a diligent Accounts Payable Team Leader to their dynamic Finance function. This is an excellent opportunity and a permanent vacancy that would suit a candidate with extensive AP knowledge and a desire to progress in the future.

As the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for helping to manage a Purchase Ledger team of 5 Clerks as well as handling the day to day Accounts Payable activities

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with management of the Accounts Payable team

• Accountable for the timely processes for the Overheads team

• Reconciliation of creditors

• Accurate and timely payment of suppliers

• Supplier statement reconciliations

• Maintaining supplier relationships

• Adhoc request from Accounts Payable Manager

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 months experience of leading an AP team

• Experience with multiple systems is advantageous

• High attention to detail

• Excellent work ethic and able to work well within a team

• Able to work well under pressure
