Our client is in search of an experienced Financial Controller to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation, where you will play a key role in managing the company's financial operations and guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities of the Financial Controller

• Manage all aspects of the finance function including operational accounting, regulatory and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed cashflow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead on the budgeting process, aligning financial plans with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control, audit, risk management and solvency.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
