We are currently in the privileged position to be partnering with a highly regarded and exciting, international consumer brand. As the business continues to grow and evolve, they are seeking to recruit a passionate and driven Senior Financial Controller, to join the business as soon as feasible.
The role will be based at lovely modern offices in Central London with flexible / hybrid working.
Reporting directly into senior leadership - this is a pivotal role and requires those who possess the confidence and gravitas to play a key role as part of high level decision making.
We are seeking those who can confidently take on the following key responsibilities
Management of a team of 10 across financial and management accounting, finance operations - AP, AR and credit control
Drive key process and systems improvement projects - finance transformation and change management more widely
Management of the relationship with the auditors as well as external tax and treasury partners
Build successful partnerships to build the bridge between finance and non-finance to ensure finance is the 'go to' respected head office function
The business has really come into the limelight during the past 3-4 years and this is an exciting to join the business.
There will be plenty of opportunity for the role to grow and develop - both within the UK and internationally.
Sector experience across consumer, retail and / or ecommerce would be beneficial however we are open to top talent from all industries
French language skills would also be useful but in no way essential
