Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Deliver accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts to senior management. * Establish, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. * Ensure compliance with US GAAP, as well as other regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies. * Lead and mentor a small finance team, providing guidance and support in daily activities. * Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and development. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights to inform business strategies.
