Senior Financial Controller

Our client is a hugely successful and highly regarded international digital media brand based at a desirable central London location.

As a result of ongoing investment - they are now seeking to recruit an experienced and capable Financial Controller to be based at their lovely modern offices with hybrid working (1-2 days required in the office)

Reporting directly to senior leadership , this is a pivotal role and acts as part of the global management group, with responsibility for a team of c 20.

The broad remit of the position is to lead across finance operations, royalties, credit control, AP, AR, financial reporting, management accounting

You will also play a key role in driving finance change and transformation as the business continue to evolve. This will involve a systems improvement project later this year as well as streamlining processes and the global frameworks more widely

the successful placeholder will also drive key strategic projects / ad hoc business partnering and operational finance projects, again at a global level.

We are seeking qualified finance talent (or oversees equivalent), those who possess a proactive and passionate approach to their work; ability to work as part of a high performing yet collaborative team and a proven track record of success with team management and driving finance change projects

A competitive salary is offer with strong bonus and excellent benefits package

A background in media/ publishing would be useful but not essential
