An excellent opportunity to join a growing finance set up that will see you look after two direct reports. Looking after multiple entities, prior experience and knowledge of different jurisdictions would be beneficial. With the option of fully remote or a very flexible, hybrid model, the role is both a challenging yet exciting one as well.
Responsibilities:
Managing the financial consolidation process, preparing consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and reports for management and external stakeholders.
Reviewing and analysing financial data from various sources to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Providing guidance and support to finance teams or departments regarding financial consolidation processes.
Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and regulatory requirements during the consolidation process. Assist auditors in the review and validation of the financial consolidation process and related controls.
Work closely with other pillars of the business to better internal processes/controls
Effectively lead two direct reports day to day
Skills required:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
Strong consolidations experience/knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Financial services background beneficial but not necessity
Ideally 5+ years post qualified experience

We are working with a high growth consultancy firm based in the city of London to find a Senior Financial Controller.
The role will have 3 financial controllers as direct reports and will be looking after the different regions for the business, UK, US and EMEA.
The role will be a blend of reviewing management information, consolidations, assisting with the audit and being key for the integration of a latest acquisition.
