Innovative Organisation based in Central Manchester require 2 allocation clerks for a 6 month contract
Reporting t the Finance Manager and working with a team of 6 you will be responsible for ensuring that all cash is allocated to the correct accounts and all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily posting of cash receipt
- Daily AR bank reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Keeping cash to a minimum
- Query resolution
- Assisting the finance l team with admin and cash related matters
- System testing
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in resolving un-allocated cash issues and reconciling bank accounts. The ability to be able to work as part of a team as well as on your initiative is also key for this role.
