A well known Real Estate and Property Company are looking for an experienced Billings Administrator to join the central London based team.
Billings Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Process demands and credits in line with timetable, ensuring accuracy of all documents
- Ensuring all monies received are processed daily using Horizon
- Building and maintaining relationships with key staff members
- Effect transfers between tenant accounts for miss allocations or credit
- Process bad debt write offs
- Prior experience in a similar position is essential
- Experience with Horizon would be an advantage
- Billing Administrator experience in a previous Real Estate or Property Company would be an advantage
