As a Commercial FP&A Analyst, you will support in the delivery of Forecasting, Budgeting and Reporting, alongside the FP&A manager, to improve performance across the business. This will involve quality financial analysis and modelling of financial data across P&L, BS and Cashflows.
If you have a curious and investigative mindset, coupled with an ability to communicate well with various stakeholders (finance and non-finance) this role will be ideal for you, providing an excellent entry into a career in FP&A.
FP&A Analyst key responsibilities:
- Supporting finance leadership in analysis and modelling budgets and forecasts
across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows.
- Managing the budget and forecast process for all headcount.
- Owning the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting packs.
- Business partner with cost centre owners, providing them with monthly reporting packs.
- Managing the financial data and ensuring it is robust.
- Calculating sales commission.
- Other ad hoc project work that will assist the business.
FP&A Analyst key requirements:
- Newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Advanced excel skills (lookups, pivot tables etc).
- Good communication skills, including communicating to non-finance stakeholders.
