Finance Business Partner sought by Consultancy/Facilities Management finance team, based in London for a period of 3 month - possibility to extend. You will work lead a specific business unit, liaising between the client and parent company to ensure accurate business support whilst delivering objectives from a finance perspective. Based in Central London, the Finance Business Partner will be the finance lead across a specific business unit and manage key client stakeholders. You will have the ability to build constructive, positive and proactive relationships with both the central finance team and extended partners to ensure compliance with both company policy but also achieve strategic goals.
As a Facilities Management Service company, the focus is on providing financial and business support in delivering key objectives as defined by their partners and clients. As one of the largest providers of this service on a global scale, it is essential for this business that they continue to add to the Business Partnering team to further establish a cohesive working environment with excellent future career potential.
The Finance Business Partner will be required to work with the client to ensure detailed and timebound updates to action plans, including the confirmation and sign off of strategic goals throughout the process. The ability to identify any concerns or risks, highlighting them and have the tenacity to take a proactive approach to review is a key requirement of applications for this role.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Produce management information relating to progress of business plans and objectives.
- Lead on specific projects as and when required
- Ensure confidentiality across the team during active engagement
- Monthly Forecasting
- Month End Reports including commentary.
This role will ideally suit a Qualified Accountant with understanding of operational facilities management. You must be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to working under pressure and in an unsupervised environment with the self-expectation to deliver to set guidelines.
