About the Performance Analyst position
As performance analyst, this excellent opportunity will require you to ensure data is accurate and well presented in the monthly scorecard packs that you will produce. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will also investigate performance trends in the business and the drivers behind them, as well as giving business insight into performance statistics at both corporate and service level.
- Ensure reports are produced accurately and accessibly
- Respond to all internal and external requests in a timely manner
- Manage, lead and motivate the performance of your team
- Both produce and submit performance based regulatory returns
- Benchmark performance both locally and nationally
Having a proven track record of success in a similar role, you will be able to lead the performance function with credibility. In this Performance Analyst position, you will also keep an eye for detail whilst also being able to see the bigger picture. You will hold advanced Excel skills, be digitally savvy and able to work brilliantly as part of a team. Previous experience within the housing sector is preferable.
