Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring Forensic Investigator We are currently recruiting a Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring Forensic Investigator for a Boutique Insolvency Practice who specialise in forensic accountancy investigation assignments work within insolvency

Undertaking extensive forensic assignments on both Corporate Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases you will be involved in complex case work including a mixture of asset realisations, investigation of company affairs and investigation of the Directors/Officers conduct

You will also be undertaking forensic investigation case work on contentious and complex fraud and insolvency cases

You should ideally hold litigation and insolvency investigation experience and be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the Insolvency Act and associated legislation including relevant provisions, claims and recovery processes

Candidates should ideally be ACA or ACCA, CPI qualified, or similar, ideally with a proven track record in a forensic accounting role within corporate insolvency and restructuring (desirable not essential)

Salary £40,000 to £55,000 dependent upon experience plus benefits
