WIP Manager
Reporting to the Commercial WIP Manager Lead, you’ll manage billing and Work-in-Progress (WIP) for a portfolio of clients. You’ll ensure best practices are followed throughout project lifecycles, working closely with Commercial Managers, other WIP Managers, and client teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project setup, invoicing, and closure in line with internal and client processes.
- Hold regular reviews with client teams to monitor open projects and resolve issues.
- Ensure accurate allocation of WIP, pre-bill balances, and FX adjustments.
- Maintain compliance with VAT rules, foreign currency policies, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with finance teams to address debtor or WIP issues and escalate as needed.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to all internal procedures.
- Provide system training and assist with ad hoc requests like reporting or investigating balances.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on process improvement.
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
