What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and issue accurate client invoices.
  • Maintain billing schedules, manage billing cycles, and support multiple service lines.
  • Ensure all billable time, costs, and disbursements are correctly captured.
  • Reconcile billing data for month-end and support revenue reporting.
  • Process credit notes, adjustments, and re-bills.
  • Respond promptly to client and internal queries.
  • Support revenue analysis, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Keep accurate billing records and audit-ready documentation.
  • Recommend and support process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Experience in billing, accounts administration, or a similar finance role.
  • Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
  • Confident using ERP/finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).
  • Solid Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in professional services or regulated industries (desirable but not essential).
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles is an advantage.
