You’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, chasing payments, resolving queries, and ensuring effective credit control processes.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments, resolving queries, and ensuring credit control processes are followed effectively. You’ll play a key part in maintaining strong relationships with clients while helping to reduce risk and improve cash flow. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, organised, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
